Authority Queries are used by the Authority/Project Manager to ask questions of a specific Supplier. For example, they may have received a corrupt document that they wish to inform you about, so that you can send a replacement.
Click on the Query link and then click Enter Answer to provide your response:
You can Upload Documents from your PC (if the Project Manager has created an Authority Query Document Group), or you can Attach Documents from any Supplier Document Groups which contain Documents you have already uploaded to AWARD®.
If you wish to upload or attach Documents to the Authority Query, you must do this prior to entering the answer. Once sent, you can no longer attach (or remove Documents). Once you have responded, the Project Manager will see this and the Authority Query will be set to Closed automatically.
