Notifications consist of Notices which just contain information, such as “Data Room is now available”, and Document Changes which contain information and links to Documents which have been Published or Invalidated. There may also be a view for Clarification Notices; this will show Notices that have been published with the response to a Clarification (where it is of interest to all Suppliers).
Notifications are viewed by clicking the Communications option on the toolbar, then Notifications in the left-hand navigator:
Clicking a Notification under Document Changes will show the details of which Documents have been Published or Invalidated:
