You can search on Document name and content. Click Search from any Document list. The Matches options work on the values entered in Search Phrase as follows:
- Phrase – will search for the full phrase entered.
- Any – will search for any occurrences of the specified phrase.
- Nearby – will search for the specified terms near one another (within approximately 20 words).
For Phrase and Any, you can use * as a wildcard to search for part of a term, however, it cannot be used in front of a term. You cannot use wildcards with Nearby.
If the Search finds matches then it will display the number of Documents found containing the match. The number of matches found within each individual Document will be under Hits.
Click Detail to go to the Details of the matches. Click Open to open the Document.
