This article aims to resolve the following two scenarios:
Scenario One:
The Assist: eSourcing Transfer button is not visible to you
The first thing to check is that Project Assist is enabled
If Project Assist is is enabled but still not visible to you, see the resolution steps below.
or
Scenario Two:
You are trying to import your Evidence Items and/or Supplier responses, but you cannot see any import supplier response options in the project.
The first thing to check is that you're looking in the right place.
Evidence Items are imported from:
Project > Setup Questions > View Evidence Items > Manage Evidence Items > Import Evidence Items from eSourcing. If the Import Evidence Items from eSourcing button is not visible to you; check the resolution steps below.
eSourcing supplier responses are imported from:
Project > Setup > Tools > Supplier Responses > Import Supplier Responses from eSourcing
If you have navigated here but do not see the Import Supplier Responses from eSourcing option; check the resolution steps below.
Resolution:
- Firstly check that the eSourcing system is set within the project:
Project > Setup > Tools > View Project Details:
If the eSourcing system shows as Unspecified as in this example click Edit:
Select an eSourcing System - typically only one option will be available to you. Once you have finalised your selection click Save to confirm the action
If these steps still don't resolve the issue. it can only be fixed by a user with AWARD administration privileges. If you are not an administrator, please either contact your designated AWARD POC or submit a ticket using the button above.
