There are some Reports available at the Account level (Administration > Reports) to show data about the Internal Users, and where relevant (registered) External Supplier Users. You can also create your own Reports using the Manage Reports option.
Default Available reports:
- The Account User Report - a word document that contains details of: Display Name, User Name, Status, User Role, Locked Details, Note, Email Address, Last Login and a list of all the projects assigned to that user
- The Account User Worksheet - an excel document that contains details of: Display Name, User Name, Status, User Role, Locked Details, Note, Email Address and Last Login
If you have the supplier licence activated in your account, you will also have:
- Account Supplier Users Report - a word document that contains details of Supplier Users: Display Name, User Name, Status, Locked, Note, Email Address, Contact Telephone, Last Login, Description. Note: this report is listed by Supplier
- Account Supplier User Worksheet - an excel document that contains details of the Supplier Users: Display Name, User Name, Supplier, Status, Locked, Note, Email Address, Contact Telephone, Last Login, Description
