Some Evaluation Projects within AWARD® will be configured with multiple Portals that Bidders must submit against. These Portals may be open at the same time, allowing Bidders to submit to both, or they may open one after the other.
To submit to these evaluation portals, the same process for submitting a bid can be followed, with the exception that multiple areas of submission may be given at one time.
Depending on the evaluation, you may be asked to supply a revised bid submission to a new Portal. If this is the case, you may see some of the same questions listed on the Answer Sheet within the revised portal that you have submitted against before. You can follow the same steps for submitting a bid here, and upload any revised documentation required.
