Data Room Projects can either be created from scratch, or from a saved AWARD® template. In order to create a Project, the user must have Create Project or Administration rights within AWARD®.
To create a new Data Room Project from scratch, navigate to My AWARD > My Projects. From here, click the Create button. Select the Data Room option, and enter in the required details of the Project you are creating. Once saved, the Project will be created. This option is recommended for experienced users.
To create a Data Room Project from an Template, navigate to My AWARD > My Projects. From here, click the Create From Template button and enter the appropriate information. Select the Template you wish to use from the available list, and click Save. The Project will be created from the template. This option is recommend for new users, please speak to Customer Success Team if you wish to know more about Project Templates.
