An Evidence Item is a unique code generated by AWARD® to identify and link the Supplier’s responses to an AWARD® Question.
Evidence items can be created manually or via import (Excel or eSourcing). To find out more about creating Evidence Items via eSourcing - please check out our eSourcing guide.
If you are not using the eSourcing integration you will need to create the Evidence Items manually: Open your project and navigate to Project > Setup > Questions > View Evidence items. Any existing Evidence Items will be displayed in the Evidence Items column.
Click "Manage Evidence Items" to view the properties, amend or create new evidence items.
