If you are a supplier viewing AWARD®:
You will normally only be able to see Clarifications (CQ) raised by your own organization, which is done to avoid other bidders seeing information they wouldn't normally have access to.
However, if the Authority deems the CQ's response to be pertinent to all bidders, they may create a Clarification Notice (CN) and include the response (bidders name excluded). This CN will be available under the Notification tab of the Communications section of AWARD® and is available for all bidders to see.
