Updating Your User Details in AWARD®
Introduction: As an AWARD® user, you have the ability to update various details within your account to ensure your experience is personalized and secure. Please ensure you are logged into AWARD® before attempting to make these changes.
Details You Can Update:
- Email Address: Keep your contact information current.
- Display Name: Modify how your name appears within the platform.
- Platform Language: Adjust the language settings for your interface.
- Time Zone: Ensure that time-sensitive features align with your local time.
- Password: Change your password regularly to maintain account security.
Step-by-Step Guide to Updating Your Profile:
- Access Profile Settings:
- Click on your profile name located at the top right-hand corner of the AWARD® interface.
- Enter Edit Mode:
- Select the ‘Edit’ option to modify your account details.
- Make Your Changes:
- Update the desired details within the editable fields.
- Save Your Changes:
- Click ‘Save’ to apply the updates to your account.

- Username Changes: While it is possible to change your username, this action can only be performed by an AWARD® account administrator or by contacting the AWARD® Helpdesk. We generally do not recommend changing usernames as it may affect your account history and accessibility.
