Communications (system emails) from AWARD® will always come from the domain commercedecisions.com
We use a number of email addresses to generate the automated mails from AWARD®, e.g.:
award@commercedecisions.com
awarda@commercedecisions.com
awardb@commercedecisions.com
The user name award is usually followed by a letter eg awarda awardb awardc (the end letter relates to the server delivering the message).
So, if you see emails from eg awardf@commercedecisions.com it is genuine. But Kudos to you for checking.
NOTE: with any emails, if they are unexpected or you are unsure of their origin or validity, always check with your IT department before opening!
