AWARD® 5 cannot reset password and username

AWARD® 5 is a legacy product and the email service has been switched off.

It is not possible to reset your password via email if you are using AWARD® 5.  A password reset request or username reminder request will need to be made direct to the helpdesk who can quickly reset this for you.
