Forgotten passwords and usernames can be easily reset or retrieved from the AWARD® login screen: simply click on the forgotten password / username links.
You will be prompted to enter your user name or email address. This must be the email address that is linked with your AWARD® account.
If you have entered valid details, a username reminder or a new password token will immediately be generated and sent to your inbox. Please check your spam / junk folders if you do not see the email.
Self generated password tokens will expire after 20 minutes, so it is recommended that you reset the password straight away.
